RETURNS & REFUNDS
At KiSS Print Studio we want you to be happy with your order. Because almost everything we sell is personalised or made to order, this page explains how returns and refunds work for our products and your rights under UK consumer law.
Personalised & Made-to-Order Items
Most of what we sell is personalised, printed or made to order (for example: custom T-shirts and hoodies, branded workwear, football teamwear and accessories).
Because these items are made specifically for you, they generally cannot be returned, exchanged or cancelled simply because you change your mind, where the legal exemption for personalised or custom-made goods applies.
This does not affect your legal rights if there is a problem with the item (see below).
Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Items
You are always protected by your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
If an item is:
• faulty or damaged,
• not as described, or
• supplied in error (for example, wrong size, colour or print compared with your order),
we will work with you to put things right. This may include a repair, replacement or refund, in line with UK consumer law.
What to do if there’s a problem
Please contact us as soon as you notice an issue and include:
• your order number,
• your name and contact details, and
• clear photographs showing the problem.
This helps us assess the issue quickly and agree the next steps with you.

Refunds
Where a refund is due, we will process it in accordance with UK consumer law, using the original payment method wherever possible.
Any refund, repair or replacement will always follow the rights and remedies available to you under UK legislation.
Non-personalised items
At the moment all items we sell are personalised or made to order. If we add any non-personalised items in future, we will update this page to explain how UK consumer cancellation rights apply to those products.
